InstaSend lets you send one-off documents like NOAs, ABA files, or contracts straight from your Seamlss dashboard, no messy email attachments needed! Your clients get a clean, secure page to download files, branded with your firm’s look.

How to Send Files with InstaSend #

Step 1: Open InstaSend #

From your dashboard, click + Insta Request > InstaSend.

Step 2: Add details #

Give your file a clear title and add a short note for your client.

Step 3: Pick your client #

Choose who will receive the files.

Step 4: Upload files #

Drag and drop, then rename them clearly — for example, 2024 Super Statement.pdf.

Step 5: Send it! #

Hit Send Fetch and your client will get an email with a secure download link.
