The Essential plan includes 100 requests per month. That goes up to 200 requests per month if you purchase the Power plan. If you need to send more requests than that, contact us to discuss a custom plan.

A request is logged each time you ask for something from a client, such as inviting them to onboard. Onboarding a couple will count as two requests. Any entities they add to each client are included in the same request and still counted as one.
