Pricing plans are based on the number of requests your firm sends to clients per month.

A request is logged each time you ask for something from a client, such as inviting them to onboard. Onboarding a couple will count as two requests. Any entities they add to each client are included in the same request and still counted as one.

The essential plan of $50 a month includes 100 requests, which works out to be 50 cents per request. If you are sending more than 200 requests a month, contact us to discuss a custom plan.

We keep the data secure by using SSL encryption on everything. It’s encrypted data storage, transmission, and at rest. We don’t hold exposed APIs (hello Optus), and we censor sensitive data. Firms and clients use 2FA to maintain secure connections.

Being on the Xero App Store we also run Annual security assessments to maintain Xero compliance. 

Connect to Zapier and your calender tool (like Calendly Pro) to automatically import the clients First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile number to enable to the process to begin with just a couple mouse clicks. 

You can use Seamlss freely to onboard as many clients as you need and keep them there for future updates on Seamlss. You can delete or archive the data also if you want. But there is no limit to how many you can have on the system.

 

We recommend adding the admin team members that will allow clients’ data to flow during the onboarding process. But there is no cost per user, so add the admin team member and accounting tema you need and start onboarding clients for the whole firm 

We have a fair use policy with a limit of a maximum amount of client requests of 100 per month or 1,200 per year on the essentials plan. That’s a lot of requests per month!
