You choose which checks each client needs, and pay only when a check completes. Charges of $100 or less go to the payment method on file, and larger amounts are invoiced. PEP, sanctions and adverse media checks are powered by GBG.
Each check is per contact, not per company or trust. Someone who is not your client, such as a director or trustee, can be added as a contact to a risk assessment and checked as needed.

It depends on the check: an ID check is $5.50, PEP and sanctions screening $5.50, a background check $2.20 and adverse media $7.70, all including GSTall in Australian dollars, with no GST for New Zealand firms. Ongoing monitoring is $5.50 a year per contact. Your firm chooses which checks each client needs, and pays only when a check completes.
When each check completes. Amounts of $100 or less go to the payment method on file automatically, and larger amounts are invoiced.
Each check is charged on its own, so a family trust with two trustees who each need an ID check and PEP and sanctions screening is four checks, $22.00 including GSTin Australian dollars, with no GST for a New Zealand firm. Your firm chooses which checks each person needs.

One ask to one client. Inviting someone to onboard is a request, and so is a reminder, a re-engagement or a document fetch. Onboarding a couple is two requests, one each.
It follows your billing. On an annual plan the requests are for the whole year, so a busy month and a quiet month even out. On a monthly plan the allowance is per month.

Two months a year. An annual plan costs ten times the monthly price, so Essential is $60 a month, or $600 a year paid annually, which works out at $50 a month.

Yes, with no minimum notice. Ask through the support form, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If you are not happy with Seamlss, it refunds your most recent payment.
In Australia. The one exception is identity images, which pass through Stripe in the United States during a check and are pulled back to the Australian server. More on the security page.
