The three founders first collaborated together on Refund Express Australia. The first mobile friendly Australian online tax return, it’s key point of difference was how quick and easy it was to use for clients to prepare their Tax Return in minutes online. After a number of years and lodging thousands of clients tax returns over a number of years they changed focus to a new app. Seamlss was founded in September 2020 and he first MVP beta released in June 2021.  

With Clayton being the owner operator of Business Edge Advisors, with so many competing demands facing the growing practice at any one time, it’s no surprise that firms Seamlss was founded to improve productively and processes.
Onboarding new client’s regularly every month was a massive pain-point for Business Edge Advisors. Clayton had an idea and the resources required make it happen, so the Seamlss app came to life with the help of Daniel and Shaun. Previous expeirence connecting to Xero Practice Manager (XPM) helped and is leading the way as the first cloud app to automate the data collection process with XPM.
