Security Matters

We have implemented secure connections and links to allow data to flow from clients to you securely. The data is held in Australia on local Microsoft Azure servers. Only your designated users can access the data collected.

CRM, XPM & Integrations

Coming Soon: We’re working hard to connect to Xero Practice Manager and other CRM’s to allow direct updating and creation of client details. Our goal is to have it deployed as soon as possible.

How does it work?

Log into the business dashboard, find the client you wish to request information from, or add a new one. Simply key in the client’s name, mobile phone, and email, then send off the email via Seamlss. The client will receive a one-time link or they can log in to submit the form requesting data. Your team logs in and downloads the PDF to save or action as necessary. 

Document Storage

Coming Soon: We will be allowing you to directly save files to client folders, or a folder your team will be able to sort  and or access files from. This will be depending on your cloud storage option as well, for example Dropbox, Box, Google Drive or  Microsoft OneDrive. 

Xero Tax

The data will update in XPM and flow into Xero Tax allowing your to easily update and serve clients better than ever.
