About these terms
These terms cover your use of our website, seamlss.com.au, including our help centre, articles, newsletters and event pages. The website is run by Ezy Onboard Pty Ltd, ABN 75 644 225 945, which trades as Seamlss (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website you agree to these terms.
The Seamlss app has its own terms. If you subscribe to Seamlss or use the app at seamlss.app, the Seamlss App Terms and Conditions apply to that use.
1. Using the website
You may use the website for your own information and to learn about Seamlss. You must not:
- use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other people using it
- try to get into parts of the website, our systems or the app that you are not authorised to use
- copy, scrape or harvest content from the website by automated means
- copy our content, help articles, designs or descriptions of how Seamlss works to build or promote a competing product
- submit false details, or someone else’s details without their permission, in a form or registration.
2. Information on the website is general
Articles, guides, webinars and other content on the website are general information about accounting practice, client onboarding and AML/CTF. They are not accounting, tax, legal or AML/CTF advice, and they do not take your firm’s circumstances into account. Check your obligations with the relevant regulator or a professional adviser before relying on them.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but laws, regulator guidance and our product change. Prices and plan details listed on the website are subject to change and are for informational purposes.
3. Forms, demos, newsletters and events
When you send us a form, book a demo, subscribe to our newsletter or register for an event, you agree that we can use your details to respond and, where you have subscribed, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Some events are run with a partner. The event page says so, and registration details are shared with that partner as set out in our privacy policy.
We may change or cancel an event. If we do, we will tell registered attendees by email.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, help articles, graphics, videos and logos, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. The Seamlss name and logo are ours. You may view and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. Any other use needs our written permission.
5. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as regulators and our partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. The website is provided free of charge and as is.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the bottom shows when it last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
