The Reports section provides an overview of your firm’s activity across key areas of Seamlss. You can use reports to track client growth, monitor request progress, review identity verification status, and measure lead activity.
Accessing Reports #
Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu. The Reports page is organised into six tabs, each covering a different area of your Seamlss data.
Time Period Filters #
Each report tab includes a time period filter so you can focus on the data that matters most. The available filter options are:
- Current month (default)
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Last 12 months
- Custom – select a custom start and end date range
Each tab displays a bar chart showing activity over the selected time period, along with a total count and a detailed list below.
Report Tabs #
Contacts #
View a summary of all contacts in your firm. The report shows a chart of contact additions over time along with the total count. Use the All Contacts / Active Contacts toggle to switch between viewing all contacts or only those with an active status.
Clients #
Track your client entity growth over time. This tab shows a chart of new client entities added within the selected period, along with a total count.
Groups #
See how your client groups have grown over the selected time period, with a chart and total count.
Requests #
Monitor your onboarding and client request activity. The chart shows request volume over time. Use the All Requests / Completed toggle to filter between all requests or only those that have been completed.
Identity Verifications #
Review identity verification activity across your firm. This tab displays the number of identity verifications processed within the selected time period.
Leads #
Track lead activity over time. This tab shows new leads captured within the selected period, helping you monitor the effectiveness of your lead capture forms and client links.
