Dashboard Overview

The Seamlss Dashboard gives you a consolidated view of all client requests in one place. You can quickly switch between request statuses, sort and filter your view, send reminders, and action items directly from the dashboard.

Request statuses #

The dashboard groups requests into three tabs:

  1. Drafts – Requests that have been created but not yet sent to the client. You can review, edit, approve, and push these out.
  2. Follow-ups – Requests that have been sent but not yet actioned by the client.
  3. Actioned – Requests the client has completed that are ready for you to review.

Click on any tab to switch between views.

Actions from the dashboard #

Click the three-dot menu on any request to access quick actions:

  • Send reminder – Resend a follow-up to the client
  • Duplicate – Create a copy of the request
  • Mark as done – Complete the request and move it to actioned

Working with drafts #

Drafts are requests that haven’t been sent yet. From the dashboard you can:

  1. Click on a draft to open and edit it.
  2. Review and approve the request content.
  3. Push it out to the client when ready.

You can also click the view button to preview what’s already in the request without opening the full editor.

Viewing completed requests #

The Actioned tab shows requests that clients have completed. You can review the submitted information and click through to the client’s details.Share
