The Requests Dashboard is your central hub for managing all client requests. Whether you’re sending reminders, editing requests, checking progress, or approving drafts, this guide will walk you through each section and feature.
Overview
The dashboard displays all your requests in one organized table, making it easy to track status, dates, and completion. You can filter requests by status, user, and search for specific items.
Key Dashboard Components
- Search Bar (Top of Page)
- Located at the top of the dashboard, the search bar allows you to quickly find clients and contacts across all requests. Type a name or email to instantly filter your results.
2. Status Filter Dropdown
The “All Statuses” dropdown lets you view requests by their current status. You have five status options available:
Draft – Requests that are created but not yet sent to clients. Use these to prepare and review requests before sending.
Sent – Requests that have been delivered to clients.
Viewed – Requests that clients have opened and reviewed.
In Progress – Requests that clients are actively working on or responding to.
Completed – Requests that clients have finished and submitted.
3. User Filter (Sent by)
The “Sent by: All Users” dropdown allows you to filter requests by the team member who created them. This is particularly useful when you have multiple employees sending requests. Select a specific user to see only their requests, or keep it set to “All Users” to see everything.
Quick Filter Tabs
Below the dropdown filters, you’ll notice four quick-access tabs that let you view specific request types at a glance:
All Requests – Shows every request in your system
Drafts – Shows only unsent requests awaiting approval or edits
Follow Ups – Displays requests that need follow-up action
