By purchasing the Seamlss Firm Success Package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth onboarding process and clearly outline mutual responsibilities.
1. What’s Included
- 2 personalised 1-hour training sessions: Delivered via online meetings, designed to guide your team through platform setup, key features, and best practices.
- Customised setup guidance: Tailored support to help optimise your Seamlss workflows, configure platform settings, and improve onboarding efficiency.
- Access to post-training materials: Resources for continued learning and reference following the completion of training.
2. User Responsibilities (Important)
To ensure a successful onboarding process, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Submit any required documents or data necessary for setup and training at least 3 business days before scheduled sessions.
- Ensure your team is available at the scheduled time for training sessions and actively participates.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or limited service. Seamlss will not be held responsible for missed deliverables if requirements are not met by your team.
3. Refund Policy
- The Firm Success Package is non-refundable once any training session has been booked or commenced.
- If no sessions have been booked, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling:
- Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Failure to show up or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited and no refund provided.
Refund Denial Conditions:
- Seamlss will not issue refunds if:
- Your team fails to provide required documents or information on time, leading to delays.
- Your team fails to attend or participate in the scheduled training sessions.
- You are unable to fully use the platform due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., incorrect internal processes).
Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event of unexpected emergencies or force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters), Seamlss may allow session rescheduling or partial refunds at its sole discretion.
4. Out-of-Scope Services and Additional Charges
The Firm Success Package is designed to cover the standard onboarding process. Additional services beyond the defined scope may incur custom charges. These include, but are not limited to:
- Additional training sessions
- Custom integrations or platform customisation
- Specialised workflow design beyond initial setup
We will notify you of any additional charges before they are incurred.
5. Service Availability and Liability Limitations
Seamlss will make every reasonable effort to provide uninterrupted service and support. However, we are not responsible for interruptions due to:
- Third-party services or software dependencies
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and network outages
Our liability is limited as outlined in the Terms of Service.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any sensitive information provided complies with relevant privacy and data laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the Firm Success Package, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our general Terms of Service.
