XPM Lead Manager Sunsetting and What it Means For You

Early this month, Xero announced they will no longer support the Lead Manager function of XPM. After the 25th of September 2024, the feature will no longer be usable.

Due to this announcement, we have fast-tracked the launch of Seamlss Leads. You will be able to export your data from XPM and import it straight to Seamlss without any need to reformat.

It is important to export your data from XPM before the 25th of September to ensure it is not lost. All data related to Lead Manager will be deleted from XPM after the shutdown date.

We have created a series of help docs to guide you through the new feature. Any categories you currently use in XPM will remain intact when you import the data to Seamlss. You will also be able to create and track actions to convert leads into clients.

The Leads feature will continue to grow as we adapt to this change from XPM.
