# Adding Template Forms

Go to [**Forms**](https://seamlss.com.au/help/managing-forms/) from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Seamlss provides an array of forms you can use and customise to suit your own needs. To view these forms, click on the **Form Templates** tab.

Go to the right-hand side of the template list to **preview**the form or **add**it to your organisation's form list.

Clicking on the blue **+Add** button will add the form to your form list.

Clicking on **Preview** will open an uneditable version of the form.

If you would like to use the form for your firm, you can click the blue **+Add this Form** button.

To return to the list, click the blue **<< Back** link in the top right-hand corner.

Once you have added a form to your list, a green **Added** icon with a tick will appear next to the form.

By returning to the **Forms** tab, you can see all your active forms.

If you don't see a template form that suits your needs, you can [create your own forms](https://seamlss.com.au/help/creating-form-templates/).
